OneCoin Team Building: An Intensive Training, A Great Time & A Strong Global Team!
A strong team of dedicated team players – this is how we felt, while we were on a team building in Dubai. Hong Kong, Dubai and Sofia – the OneCoin Team is comprised of different cultures, our offices are located on different continents and we all speak different languages. At first we thought that our differences will be quite a challenge but during our team building sessions, we found out that there are no barriers for a strong team of people who are resourceful, adaptable and used to collaborating efficiently.
That is what makes us OneCoin – a global network of open minded team players who are eager to work and develop together! Our corporate culture, based on inclusion, trust, team play and personal responsibility, has always guided our decisions, actions and behaviour. What more could we need than such a great start for a team building session?
Two intensive days of training and team building were combined with a fantastic day full of unforgettable experiences – an amazing safari in the Arabian Desert, a trip to Burj Khalifa and a Gala Dinner! All that combined with lots of surprises and entertainment in the OneCoin style.
We had the pleasure of welcoming our Founder and CEO, Dr. Ruja Ignatova to the first day of our training session. She joined the team to announce the annual feedback and results of OneCoin as well as the goals and milestones for 2016. We had a great time of team building activities and workshops.
Being a team comprised of people coming from different geographical regions and cultures, we found the team building training extrememly exciting, giving us the opportunity to brainstorm and execute strategic tasks together. The second day of workshops ended with a challenging and amusing exercise – "The Need For Speed", requiring a sharp mind, fast hands and lots of team spirit.
By joining OneCoin, we all became a part of something new and exciting, an amazing opportunity that is our responsibility to develop. It's like having a child that you need to bring up. Together we give OneCoin the meaning that all people understand and appreciate. OneCoin is an opportunity that benefits all people, no matter where they live, what language they speak, what their religion is and how rich or poor they are!
