How many accounts can I sign up for?

You can register as many accounts you wish – but every account needs to have an unique username

What are the payment options available?

You may pay through bank transfer, perfect money, one pay or credit card.

What is 3D Secure for credit card payment?

3D Secure was created for Visa/MasterCard/ to further secure CNP’s (Cardholder Not Present) internet transactions which creates a ‘trust chain’ for every secure payment made. This creation ensures users that even when shopping online all your information and transactions are exclusively meant to be used by you only. Each credit card has their own version, for visa it is “Verified by Visa”, for MasterCard it is “MasterCard SecureCode”.

What happens during a 3D secured credit card payment?

When you pay with a 3D secured credit card, the 3D secure service launches automatically. After you enter your credit card number and submit your payment, a 3D secure window will appear and your card issuer will display an authentication page. Enter your information and password and click submit. Once your identity is verified, your checkout continues.

What if I do not have 3D Secure?

You may still register for 3D secure services with your credit card issuing bank. For additional help, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly for the most up-to-date information about using 3D secured card.

Why is the amount different on my bank statement?

Please note that the amount that appears on your bank statement may be slightly different due to FX rates that apply if your bank account currency is different than EUR.

When will my account be activated?

Please note that we need 3 business days to process your payment. Your account will be activated/upgraded as soon as your transaction is visible on our bank statement.

When are bonuses calculated?

Bonuses are calculated on a weekly basis and are generated every Monday at 12:00 GMT. The bonus cut off time is 24:00 GMT every Sunday. All customers activated before are part of the bonus round.

When are bonuses paid out?

60 % of all bonuses are alocated to Cash Account and 40 % to Madatory Account with the exception of start-up bonus which is 100 %  allocated to Mandatory Account. Bonuses are paid out to the respective accounts one week after their generation on Monday 12:00 GMT. For instance, if the bonus is generated on the 01.01 Monday, it will be paid out to member account next Monday 08.01 at 12:00 GMT

Why does the company give free tokens in the package and why do they spilt?

Tokens are used to give people the opportunity to benefit from the package directly, can be used for trading on the OneExchange and give people the opportunity to “practice” before the coin is launched. Short term investors exit with the Tokens. They can naturally also be used for OneCoin mining. The more tokens acquired by a member the more mining the member can do. The mining difficulty (measured in tokens) will however increase.  The split is a natural development of the price of the tokens increasing in value – due to more packages and bonus being paid out in the system. The tokens split due to facilitate for newcomers to have the chance of getting their hands on tokens via package and buying tokens from mandatory at a price that is not too high to accommodate members on even the smallest package. If the company did not split, we would have to adjust the number of Tokens in the packages every 2-3 months – as it would not be fair to the old members otherwise

Do members fund the servers and the mining in the end of the day?

Members participate in the mining based on Tokens – they are not charged any other fees for mining.

Can members from all countries participate in the program?

The following countries are restricted and memberships are NOT possible to register from: Belarus, Cuba, Iraq, Iran and North Korea. External partners like OnePay or AurumCoins may have other restrictions

My Gift code is not working?

The most common reasons are: 1. Misspelled gift code. 2. Already used gift code. If the issue still exists, please contact the support team

I placed a member on the wrong side, can you change the placement?

No. Our system pays commission on positions that are active and one single signup can result in a lot of people immediately getting paid. Thus we can’t make any changes after a signup has been made

I think My account has been hacked

Just use the “Forgot password” function to reset your password. The email will be sent both to the current email address AND to the original email address used when signing up.

Can I get a Refund?

No Refunds are made on packages. Our system pays commission and one single signup can result in a lot of people immediately getting paid. This is the reason we have a no refund policy in the terms and conditions that all members have agreed to.

Can I change my username?

No. The username chosen in signup is not possible to change.

Can I delete my account?

No. But feel free to change email and password if you like.

I have forgotten my password. I requested a new one but I did not receive any email.

Sometimes legitimate emails end up in your email providers spam/junk folder –  see if you can find it there. Another quite common reason is that you have misspelled your email address.

How long from my withdraw request until I receive my money?

After we receive a withdrawal request from you we are going to order a funds transfer to your account ten business days after receipt of your request. Usually transfer is proceeded within 3 to 5 working days.
